1. Service Description
Uplift Coach ("the Service") is an AI-powered life coaching tool delivered via Telegram. The Service is operated by Benjamin Goldberger. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Not Therapy or Medical Advice
Uplift Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. The Service provides general life coaching only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers a 3-day free trial, after which you will be charged $29 per month. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Telegram bot (/stop command) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
5. AI-Generated Content
All coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses, the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. You should use your own judgment when acting on any coaching suggestions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to attempt to exploit or abuse the AI system, or to use the Service on behalf of anyone under 18. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Benjamin Goldberger is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI coaching responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via Telegram.
